For orders over $99.00, Creative Lighting Online provides FREE shipping by UPS Ground serving the 48 contiguous states in the U.S. for all products featured on our Web site, even if they're not in stock. HI and AK customers please call for best freight quote available. This offer is not valid on glass/part orders only. If your order has multiple items that get shipped in several packages (to the same address), you will not incur any shipping charges providing your order totals over $99.00 For items that are shipped by common carrier, we can provide curbside delivery only - we will not deliver to PO Boxes on ANY shipment including UPS.

For all items that cannot ship UPS due to size restriction and/or weight, a freight service is available at an additional flat rate charge of $100.

Orders placed at different times may not be combined for the purposes of our free shipping offer.

For all orders less than $99.00 a shipping charge of $9.99 PER ITEM will be added.

On Orders Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico

Creative Lighting Online does offer shipping of orders to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and Canada (Canadian customers are responsible for all duties or taxes) Orders shipped to these areas do not qualify for our Free Shipping offer. However, in the spirit of good will, we cover the cost to furthest point in the lower 48 states. You, the customer, are responsible for any additional shipping cost past that point. If your order is shipping to any of these areas, you will be contacted shortly after placing your order to be made aware of additional shipping charges.
