Returning or Exchanging A Non Defective Product
You must contact customer service within 30 days of receiving the product and obtain an RGA (Returned Goods Authorization) number. After an RGA is issued, your RGA number is valid for 14 calendar days. Any product shipped back to us without an RGA number will be refused. Shipping costs back to Creative Lighting Online will be paid for by the consumer, unless otherwise specified by a representative. The product MUST be in its original packing and never installed. Upon inspection and approval, a credit will then be issued by a Creative Lighting Online representative for the agreed amount, less a 25% restocking fee. A restocking fee is the only way we are able to recover the costs incurred for shipping and handling from the factory to you, and then back to the factory again. Any product that was custom made, ordered under a special quote, or ordered in quantities of 10 or more are not returnable.

 

If you are making an exchange, Creative Lighting in most cases will attempt to waive the restocking fee. The customer in this case is responsible for the freight charge Creative Lighting incurred originally to ship this item(s) and pay to ship these items back to Creative Lighting. An RGA is still required and please see instructions above.

 

Any product that was custom made, ordered under a special quote, or ordered in quantities of 10 or more are not returnable.

How To Handle A Damaged Product
Creative Lighting Online takes pride in making your online transaction a pleasant experience. Simply report any damage to our customer service department within 10 calendar days of receipt of product. If the damage is a replaceable part/glass, Creative Lighting Online will be glad to ship the replacements directly to you at no additional charge. If the part cannot be replaced, Creative Lighting Online will either arrange for a pickup or advise of a return method and send a replacement at no additional cost. If you would rather send the product back to us and do not wish to have the item replaced, please read our return policy.

Order Cancellations
Orders placed through Creative Lighting Online must be cancelled within 72 hours of placement of said order, and only if it has NOT been shipped. If the item has already been shipped out to the customer, a 25% restocking fee will apply. Loss or damage that occurs during shipping by a carrier selected by Creative Lighting Online is Creative Lighting Online's responsibility. Loss or damage that occurs during shipping by a carrier selected by Customer is the Customer's responsibility.

Shipping Options
All eligible orders over $99 will be shipped via UPS ground within the continental 48 United States at no charge to the consumer. Outside of this area, or for quicker shipments, please call or email customer service for pricing and allow 24-48 business hours for response. Truck shipments to private homes will be subject to a delivery charge that the consumer is responsible for. However, Creative Lighting Online will often split the freight charge with the customer. Please call a customer service representative for a quote.

Your Payment Options
We offer different methods of payment. If you would like to process an order over the phone you can call a customer service representative at 877-354-4477. You can also place an order online. Online and phone orders are paid for in full upon placement. Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover is accepted through the standard shopping cart procedure.
If you would like to pay by check please print out a copy of you cart and mail your check with the copy of your order to Creative Lighting Online. Order processed by this method must be paid in full. Please allow 7-8 business days for your check to clear before your order is processed.
Sales Tax- Sales tax will be collected on all orders shipped within New York State

Checking the status of your order
To check the status of your order, you can either email our customer service department your status request and we will get back to you within 48 hours. You can also call customer service and speak directly to us between the hours of 9 am and 5 pm EST Monday through Saturday (9 am and 9 pm Thursday). Otherwise, please log in to your account using your email address and password and click on Review Order.
