I did not have any problems with the order I placed in early April or the order placed last week. I would like to thank your sales staff and support staff for helping make the process so easy. I finally had everything installed yesterday. I had flex track lighting form WAC, Besa mini pendants, and CSL under cabinet halogen lights. I am so happy with the final result...it looks wonderful. Your prices were incredibly competitive.....I saved $130 in the track lighting alone (from quotes at local lighting dealers). The free shipping was the icing on the cake. I don't know how I found you on the Internet ...but I am so glad that I did!! I have mentioned your company to quite a few people, and I hope that I end up sending some business your way. My wife and I recently placed an order with you for some low voltage pendant lights. Acting on information we received from a professional lighting expert we ordered all the parts we believed we needed.
After placing the order we received a call from one of your people who wanted to double check whether we really meant to order all those parts. It turned out we had been misinformed and had ordered a $ 100+ transformer we didn't need.
We really appreciate that someone took the time to check our order and contact us about our mistake. We love doing business with people who practice customer service. We love doing business with people who show integrity.
As far as we can tell all the ordered parts have arrived safe and sound. It will be a while before our kitchen remodel takes place and the lights will be installed, but we look forward to being able to tell people about the excellent service we received from Creative Lighting.

He was polite, knowledgeable and quite efficient in the service he provided for me. Dan G called me and emailed me and suggested that I order another product. After rushing the product to me, he then followed up with an email to make sure that everything was fine. I didn't notice if there was a "feedback" section on your website (if there is please let me know) but I wanted to let you know how pleased I am with your services thus far. I have been looking at lighting for almost a year, trying to find the best deal on a very limited budget. Many companies said they would price match, but when they heard the price I found the light for and realized I had done my homework, they said they couldn't match it. Your company had by far the best customer service and pricing. You had the lowest prices of stores both locally and online, and yet you still gave an additional discount (price matched). Mark (assume he is the owner) was exceptionally wonderful to work with. He was very helpful, patient, and reasonable. I really appreciate the time he took to help me find what I needed and to give me the best price around. I especially appreciate the extra bonus of the light bulbs. We finally have all the pieces of our Tech Lighting tracks installed and are very pleased. Wasn't sure I could successfully order this system online because of the many component parts, but you really made it possible. We were very happy to receive our light fixture in July instead of the backordered date of October that was anticipated. It is up and the final adjustments (height, wire length, etc.) are all done (we think!). It goes great with the Tiella Pint Pendants we used over our island and kitchen sink. We also checked out the new website and like it. We have more lights to replace over the next several months so I'm sure we'll be shopping there again before too long. Thanx for the follow-up.

It used to be that I would write notes to companies when I received really poor service. Unfortunately, it is now less time consuming to write companies when I actually receive good service.
