Hello, I have to tell you how very impressed I am with a gentleman named David (his phone number was 516-741-6333, ask for David) who went way beyond expectations in handling my order. He was polite, knowledgeable and quite efficient in the service he provided for me. Mine was a bit more complicated than other orders because he had to contact Elk and get shipping information and then get back to me. He did so and called exactly when he told me he would. He called again with a shipping issue and said he would follow-up and I totally trusted he would. David also called to tell me that he had checked the tracking for me and my chandelier would be arriving today. We just received it in perfect condition. Thank you very much.

I want to tell you how wonderful your company is. I had ordered a product just before Christmas and it went on backorder. Dan G called me and emailed me and suggested that I order another product. After rushing the product to me, he then followed up with an email to make sure that everything was fine. I told him that I was having a hard time finding the light bulbs so he sent a few out to me. I have to tell you that I am so impressed with his service and follow up. I plan to email my entire address book to tell them that if they need any type of lighting, then need to order from creative lighting.com Customer service is very hard to find and your company stands out like a "bright light". I didn't notice if there was a "feedback" section on your website (if there
is please let me know) but I wanted to let you know how pleased I am with your
services thus far. I have been looking at lighting for almost a year, trying to
find the best deal on a very limited budget. Many companies said they would
price match, but when they heard the price I found the light for and realized I
had done my homework, they said they couldn't match it. Your company had by far the best customer service and pricing. You had the
lowest prices of stores both locally and online, and yet you still gave an
additional discount (price matched). Mark (assume he is the owner) was
exceptionally wonderful to work with. He was very helpful, patient, and
reasonable. I really appreciate the time he took to help me find what I needed
and to give me the best price around. I especially appreciate the extra bonus
of the light bulbs. I will be sure to come back again when I need more
lighting. I will also tell everyone about my great experience with creative

opening up my kitchen into my dining room and the fixtures in my
kitchen had glass to it. I needed a similar look to what I had but one
that would enhance my dining room. With more then fifty grueling
atempts to look at lighting stores all over new york and over hours of
internet searching with massive migranes to follow, I had found the
perfect match. It now stands in my dining room and I have been asked so
many times if I had hired a designer. This makes me feel fantastic. I

We finally have all the pieces of our Tech Lighting tracks installed and
are very pleased. Wasn't sure I could successfully order this system
online because of the many component parts, but you really made it
possible. Often, internet-based businesses make it impossible for
customers/prospects to communicate with their staff by phone, so it was
really refreshing (and much more expeditious) to get my questions
answered verbally, and to get your phone call notifying me of my order

We were very happy to receive our light fixture in July
instead of the backordered date of October that was anticipated. It is up and
the final adjustments (height, wire length, etc.) are all done (we think!). It
goes great with the Tiella Pint Pendants we used over our island and kitchen
sink. We also checked out the new website and like it. We have
more lights to replace over the next several months so I'm sure we'll be
shopping there again before too long.

used to be that I would write notes to companies when I received really
poor service. Unfortunately, it is now less time consuming to write
companies when I actually receive good service. I received great

finish when I ordered an online quote for a couple of replacement

It's been a pleasure dealing with Creative Lighting. I have used your
services twice and have been delighted both times.
Despite the conversion to Canadian dollars and duty and taxes, I feel I
am still getting good value for my money.
And it's been interesting to see how the process works for damaged
product. The process has been fairly simple and effective.

The damaged pendant is all boxed up and is ready for pickup by FedEx.
